What to Plan

• Software: Licences, subscriptions — based on user growth
• Network: Internet bandwidth, WiFi coverage — based on user density
• Storage: Server disk space, cloud storage — based on data growth
• Support: IT staff, helpdesk capacity — based on user-to-agent ratio

Planning Formula

For each resource: Current capacity × (1 + growth rate)^years = required capacity. Add 20% buffer for unexpected growth. Review quarterly.
