Is there really a free plan?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever with no credit card. You get one admin and up to 10 assets with unlimited tickets. Upgrade to a paid plan only when you need more admins, unlimited assets, document storage, or the Pro modules.
How does workro desk pricing work?
You pay per workspace, not per user, in INR. Paid plans are priced by the number of assets you track, and every feature is included on every paid plan. Pay annually to get two months free.
Do you bill in INR with GST?
Yes. Paid plans are billed in INR, inclusive of applicable GST (the listed price is the total you pay), so there is no forex exposure and you get a GST tax invoice to claim input credit where eligible.
Where is my data stored and is it kept private?
Every workspace is isolated with row-level security and all traffic is TLS-encrypted. We never sell your data and never train AI on it, and you can export everything to CSV at any time.
Can I migrate from Zoho, Freshdesk or a spreadsheet?
Yes — you can import assets and records via CSV and export everything back to CSV whenever you want, so you are never locked in.
