How much does Workro Desk cost?
Workro Desk starts at ₹599 per workspace per month (not per user). All features are included at every tier. Annual billing offers 2 months free. There are no hidden fees, no per-user charges, and no feature gates.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Workro Desk offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial. No restrictions, no limitations.
What is per-workspace pricing?
Per-workspace means you pay one flat fee regardless of how many users you add. Add 5 users or 50 users — the price stays the same. This is different from per-user pricing where your bill grows with every new employee.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months (equivalent to ~17% discount). Pay for 10 months, get 12 months of access.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.

Does Workro Desk have asset management?
Yes. Workro Desk includes a complete asset registry with assignment history, warranty tracking, AMC management, depreciation calculations, and disposal workflows. Every asset has a permanent record from procurement to disposal.
Can I track inventory with GST?
Yes. Workro Desk tracks inventory with GSTIN, HSN codes, PAN, and INR pricing. You can generate GST-compliant reports and export data for GSTR-3B filing.
Does Workro Desk have SLA tracking?
Yes. Workro Desk automatically tracks SLA compliance per ticket, escalates when targets are breached, and generates monthly SLA reports. You can define custom SLA targets per priority level.
Can I create custom workflows?
Yes. Workro Desk supports custom ticket categories, approval workflows for purchase requests, asset disposal approvals, and automated escalation rules.
Does Workro Desk have reporting?
Yes. Workro Desk provides reports on ticket volume, SLA compliance, asset utilisation, inventory levels, and cost tracking. All reports can be exported as CSV.
Does Workro Desk have a mobile app?
Workro Desk is a web application that works on mobile browsers. You can submit tickets, scan asset barcodes, and view reports from your phone without installing an app.

Is my data secure?
Yes. Workro Desk uses row-level security — each workspace is completely isolated. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). All user actions are logged in an audit trail.
Where is my data stored?
Workro Desk is hosted on Supabase, which uses AWS infrastructure with data centres in Mumbai, India. Your data stays in India.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your entire workspace data — tickets, assets, inventory, and audit logs — as CSV files at any time. No vendor lock-in.
Does Workro Desk have an API?
Yes. Workro Desk provides a REST API for integrating with your existing systems. The API supports all CRUD operations on tickets, assets, and inventory.

Workro Desk follows GDPR best practices including data encryption, access controls, audit logging, and data export capabilities. For Indian companies, these features also support DPDP Act compliance.

How do I set up Workro Desk?
Sign up for a free trial, create your workspace, invite your team members, import your asset list (optional), and start submitting tickets. Setup takes about 30 minutes.
How long does setup take?
Basic setup (workspace creation, team invitation, first ticket) takes about 30 minutes. Full setup with asset import and custom categories takes 1-2 hours.
Can I import existing data?
Yes. You can import your asset list from Excel/CSV, bulk-import inventory items, and add vendor records. Workro Desk provides import templates to make this easy.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Workro Desk is designed for non-technical users. If you can use email, you can use Workro Desk. No IT background required for basic operations.
